Once the problem was diagnosed, they decided because of my home location that they would feel more comfortable sending me home in a loaner so they could confirm no other issues with my vehicle. They sent me off in a most enjoyable driving Buick Envista! They contacted me the next day that mine was done, I said I could not make it back until the following day, to which they said no problem. Picked it up with no problems the next day. As good of a response as I ever could have asked for! Janae was super!
