ARCO, MN | 2013 Chevrolet EquinoxAugust 21, 2026Came for oil change and tire rotation. Sat there for 3 hours. When finally came time for bill, was charged for oil. I purchased this vehicle at Kruse. Was paying attention because at my last oil change was charged for oil but didn't notice till got home and studied receipt. So asked about it and he says oh must have missed that and then deducted oil cost. Prior to finishing he asked if I wanted a car wash and I said yes. When completing checking out , car wasn't washed and he said oh it looked like rain so didn't know if you wanted it washed. I said I did but was tired(and very disgusted) and said forget it. You used to have people in your service dept that were very nice to work with. That new guy ,Clark, is arrogant and reminds me of a schiester, cheap snake oil salesman.
